Please read the following before contacting us!
If you are interested in a horse or horses in our program, please include the following information with your inquiry. This information is required prior to us entering into any discussion with respect to any of the horses in our program. Please understand that this is very helpful to us to ensure that both horse and potential adopter are a good match and that the horse is suitable for the purposes intended by the adopter.
All of our horses are adopted out under contract. Please take a look at a sample of our contract under the tab Contract/Adoption Agreement to ensure you are comfortable with the contents.

7. any aversion to vices such as cribbing, weaving, stall walking, etc.
8. your experience with ottbs or green horses
9. preference for track broke only or re-started
10. if you have no experience with ottbs, will you be working with a trainer/coach that does
11. what type of accommodations or stabling arrangements do you have available and details on such

14. any other information that you may find helpful to us to help narrow down which horses might be most suitable for you
Please note:
We have had to make a few policy changes with respect to PPE's and appointments to show horses to potential adopters. These are as follows:
Only horses that are currently in training are available to be tried under saddle. Horses that are track broke only/currently not in training are not available to be tried under saddle. If you are interested in viewing a horse that is track broke only or not currently in training, we are quite willing to show the horse to you free longing and/or free jumping only if appropriate for the horse.
You are more than welcome to try any horse that has been re-started under saddle and we encourage you to bring a coach/trainer/other knowledgeable party along for their opinion. You are also more than welcome to have any pre-purchase exam done on any horse; however, we will not hold any horse for any exam unless a 10% deposit has been made on the horse. This deposit is not refundable unless the PPE determines the horse to be unsuitable for your purposes. All PPE's must be conducted within one week of your decision to adopt a horse. Any information that we may have on any horse including x-rays, etc. is also available should you be interested in adopting a horse that may have had this type of vet work performed. All PPE's must be done on property - there are no exceptions.
Generally speaking, we do not allow our horses to go out on trial; however, under certain circumstances, this may be an option. There would be a Trial Agreement to be signed prior to any horse leaving for a trial period. If this is something that may be necessary, please contact us for a copy of the Trial Agreement to read through ahead of time.
If you have not selected any particular horse or horses when first inquiring, we can provide a list of those most suitable for your needs from which you can narrow down which horses you think would be the best choice. We will be more than happy to provide you with as much information on each of the horses ahead of time to assist with this. We will only be showing you the particular horse or horses you have asked to see ahead of time - we will not be pulling any other horses out of stalls and/or paddocks to show you on that day as we are on a very tight time schedule for the most part. If you see others that might interest you, you will have to make another appointment to come back at another time as chances are, we will not have time that day.
If you cannot make your arranged appointment, please provide us 24 hours notice. If you do not show up or give any cancellation notice and would then like to make another appointment, we will be reluctant to do so.
We do not accommodate random viewings - you must make an appointment ahead of time.
